| Description: |
| This fund is an energy sector fund. It will be a buy and hold fund starting since inception on 7/29/02. It is designed to test the theory that in a bull market, a buy and hold strategy will outperform most actively managed portfolios. This theory will be validated if this fund consistently makes it into the M100 for its sector.
Update 1/29/08: After riding the oil and gas trend and being ranked #9 for 5 yr returns, I have decided to refocus the fund into distressed financials and home builders. As with the Enron scare that led the fund to outperformance with oil and gas, I have decided that the financials and homebuilders will be recovering soon with the FED rate cuts and discussions of lending bailouts. |
