| Description: |
| Howard Opportunities aims to discover underappreciated companies which stand to grow faster than their peers while maintaining profitability, or at least good visibility. We look at all sectors of the economy and are also fond of global exposure. We look at PEG as a good hint of "underappreciation" by the markets. We sell when we fear a company is overbought or we sense that something basic, and negative, has changed in the company's story. Some of our favorite "little stories" have included PolyMedica, Meade Instruments, Lions Gate Films and most especially Ansys, Heico, Hansens Natural and Green Mountain Coffee. |
