Main criteria for selection- easy to understand business model, strong balance sheet, reasonable multiples, momentum and cash realization ratio of more than 1.2. Losses for most stocks will be cut at 7-10% depending on liquidity and winners will be allowed to run. January 2007-Looking to reduce turnover by increasing concentration in top holdings by cutting underperforming picks faster. This might also lead to increased headline Beta
