Description:
This fund invests in closed-end ETFs (sometimes callled CEFs). Candidates must meet these rules: 1) NAV discount is 5 times greater than total fees 2) NAV discount is at least 10% 3) Significant insider buying in last year (6 months is preferred). The fund does not invest in index or open-ended ETFs, or mutual funds. It does invest in ETFs with private equity investments. (FEB 2007. I changed the name to Closed-End Fund to better decsribe the holdings; the objectives didn't change.) It aims to balance different asset classes.
