Fund Manager:    bogie Inception:    Sep 14, 2006
Description:
This fund seeks to gain in value through long term capital appreciation. Selections are of no particular size but must have an established track record is a must. All selections are based on old fashion fundamentals with a focus on good management and conservative financial structure. The ideal company will be underpriced relative to its good future prospects. Long term value with a margin of safety is the name of the game. Turnover should be low. The fund will have a maximum of 25 securities. As an update; I had three seriously large losers from inception to Dec 2010 and they were all Chinese companies that appeared very undervalued. It seems that Chinese companies frequently misstate their earnings and the long term result is nasty. Take this as a severe warning to all before you invest in a Chinese company, particularly small and midcaps.
