HOW THE MANAGER INVESTS
WHAT IS YOUR INVESTING STRATEGY? (GROWTH, VALUE, TECHNICAL ANALYSIS, ETC.)
answer --> I usually buy growth stocks. I look for companies that are growing earnings per share by at least 20% / year. I also generally look for a P/E of less than 2/3 of projected growth and never buy stocks with a P/E of greater than 20. I prefer companies with little debt and almost never buy companies with long-term debt greater than equity. I also sometimes buy stocks that seem undervalued relative to assets or that own assets that seem likely to greatly increase in value.
HOW DO YOU SELECT NEW COMPANIES FOR YOUR FUNDS?
answer --> See investment strategy.
HOW DO YOU DECIDE TO REMOVE A STOCK FROM YOUR FUNDS?
answer --> If the earnings are still growing, I sell when the P/E gets signicantly above the growth rate (say 25% higher). I also sell if there's very bad news. If the news is mildly bad and looks like a temporary setback, I usually hold on.
