HOW THE MANAGER INVESTS
WHAT IS YOUR INVESTING STRATEGY? (GROWTH, VALUE, TECHNICAL ANALYSIS, ETC.)
answer --> Certainly not Technical Analysis. Growth and Value really are the same thing as value is determined by the growth of future earning. I like comanies with a track record (at least 10yrs), that are trading at sinficantly below than their Intrinsic Value.
HOW DO YOU SELECT NEW COMPANIES FOR YOUR FUNDS?
answer --> I tend to use what I call indicated yield, that is the Return on Equity (ROE) for the last 5 years divided by (/) price to book. Eg ROE = 17.5% Price to Book = 2.5 Indicated Yield = 7% If the indicated yield and future earnings prostects look good, I invest. I also do some quick DCF (discounted cashflow) analysis
HOW DO YOU DECIDE TO REMOVE A STOCK FROM YOUR FUNDS?
answer --> This is the hard part, if the fundamentals of the comapny have changed for the worse, or I find a beter company to replace it, I sell.
