| HOW
THE MANAGER INVESTS |
| WHAT
IS YOUR INVESTING STRATEGY? (GROWTH, VALUE, TECHNICAL ANALYSIS, ETC.) |
|
answer --> |
My strategy is to be able not lose money (At least in this exercise). My goal is to invest in companies that are very, very unlikely to lose money. I invest in conservative stocks. By this I mean that I rely largly on the numbers, personal experience and news. I DO NOT follow the "experts" opinions. I follow the Warren Buffet theory in investing in what I know, except with at twist. If I understand the company, then I invest mostly on personal experience. If I don't understand the company fully, then I rely on financial figures to make decision. Unless I have experience in the area, the stock most have a P/E between 1-40, a PEG of 1 or more, postive earnings and revenue growth for 5 years and the current year, more equity than debt, a quick ratio of at least 1, and have lots of cash. Secondarily, I look for about a 2% yield if I can.
This method of investing is based on numbers, unless I know the field. It could be called value i guess. It is a combination of the Montley Fool

The only ones I have taken off are personal experience investments, so they grow out of favor with me.
