HOW THE MANAGER INVESTS
WHAT IS YOUR INVESTING STRATEGY? (GROWTH, VALUE, TECHNICAL ANALYSIS, ETC.)
answer --> Primarily focused on dividend paying stocks with above market yield, reasonable payout ratio, earnings growth to support increasing the divided and a track record of dividend hikes. Secondary focus is growth with a 'growth at a reasonable price' approach. I'll sometimes attempt to increase returns by trading around core positions.
HOW DO YOU SELECT NEW COMPANIES FOR YOUR FUNDS?
answer --> See investing strategy
HOW DO YOU DECIDE TO REMOVE A STOCK FROM YOUR FUNDS?
answer --> Much to learn here. Basically, when the reasons I bought it are no longer valid - either because of an adverse business development or the price has appreciated to an overvalued condition.
