HOW THE MANAGER INVESTS
WHAT IS YOUR INVESTING STRATEGY? (GROWTH, VALUE, TECHNICAL ANALYSIS, ETC.)
answer --> I seek out securities, selling for low prices in relation to my forecast EV/EBITDA. My portfolio methodology is to be fully invested at all times.
HOW DO YOU SELECT NEW COMPANIES FOR YOUR FUNDS?
answer --> Upon finding a stock that apparently sells for a low forward price to forecast EBITDA. I take a standard fundamental approach. I will conduct a peer group analysis to determine potential levels of undervaluation, prior to purchase.
HOW DO YOU DECIDE TO REMOVE A STOCK FROM YOUR FUNDS?
answer --> Securities are reevaluated are least quarterly, or when fundamental conditions change. Stocks are sold when fundamentals dictate that an investment no longer has the potential to outperform peers.
